LiveJournal for Posterous
We will be creatng a LiveJournal account to add to our Posterous network. The anchor-texted hard link you will create with this service will be found in the User Info tab, which you will find under Basic Info.
To set up an account, go to http://www.livejournal.com/
In the upper right-hand corner, click “Create an Account”
Try to get a username with your keyword. Enter the remaining data, CAPTCHA and hit “Create Account”
Now in the Quick Start Setup, you can enter your Name and Location.
Put in a little info under “Tell us a little…”. Clik Save and Continue.
You don’t need to have a paid account.
Now you will find the account you created on the “Congratulations” page.
You’ll need to activate it with an email they send.
You may want to add some other information about yourself or your niche under “What’s Next”. In particular you should put some info in the “Finish Editing Your Profile” link. This is where your hard link will go…
Put your site in Web Page. The Link will be the URL. The Name will be your anchor text. Click Save Changes.
Now if you go to mykeyword.livejournal.com you will find your new blog.
Click on User Info (upper right corner), you will find your link.
Now simply go into Posterous and add your new Livejournal blog to your Posterous account.
